I know I said I'd update more often...

Mon Mar 16, 2009, 12:21 AM
...but yeah, that hasn't been happening.

It's because I'm dead lazy, alright?!

Anyway, just making a quick entry to tell everyone that I've finally gotten adobe photoshop :D.
This means that I can actually use my tablet again (yaaaay). I had GIMP before, and it worked kind of ok until the update came out, which wasn't compatible with tablets at all. I was very extremeley annoyed.

But yeah, now that I've got photoshop, I'll actually be updating again.

However, I have been feeling very uninspired these past couple of months. Very, very, very uninspired. What do you guys do when you're looking for inspiration?

Oh, and if anyone out there has any sort of drawing they would like to see me draw, I'd love you to leave a comment telling me what that is.

Thanks gaiizz.

I should really do this more often.

Anywho, I'm sitting here at home completely and utterly bored.

So it's halloween. My parents decided to ditch me, and my sister's at some sleepover. Epic horror movie material - teenage chick at home on October 31st, all on her lonesome -and by epic I mean overused cliche, but still, a serial killer crashing through my window would be something to do at least.
And to top it all off, I was watching Saw 2.

Who's haaaardcore? Bree's haaaardcore.

Not really though. I mean, I'm haaaardcore (obviously), and those movie are win, but they aren't really that scary. It's just fun watching the psychological mind implosions that is done by those playing the game.

Well, since I couldn't be bothered adding more to my way-overdue-journal-entry, now seems like a great time to finish.

Later.

Dear...

Dear :iconxxxwhitewolfxxx:

I don't really know how to tell you this, but I dislike you. I think I realized it when I saw the shrunken head in your camping car, and I saw you carve your initials into my best friend. I'm sure you're man enough to understand that Santa doesn't exist. I'm returning our matching snoopy-bibs to you, but I'll keep your photo as a memory. You should also know that I never liked to hate the Boston Celtics.

Go burn,
:bazstar:

Sooo, this last week was pretty much made of awesome. I got to see almost (but not quite D= ) everyone who I've been missing since we moved.

My sister and I got dropped off at the airport, and grabbed some Hungry Jacks whilst waiting for the plane come. Of course, mum got us there 2 hours before the plane was meant to take off, (thanks, mum) so it was a rather long, annoying wait.

When we fiiiinally got off the plane, I had to search for Bronte's friend's dad who came to pick her up. We found him and grabbed our luggage, then headed outside, where I was offered a lift, rather than get a taxi (considering it was around 7.30pm, yeeeesssssssss pllllllleeeeeaaasssssseee).

Got to Jamila's place (not before eeny-meeney-miney-moe-ing her house and the one next door), to pretty much spend the whole night being attacked by Jitters, her cat =P.

I stayed at her place for about 5 days I think, since Tess called and had to work when I was meant to go to her place. We did lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots of random, pointless things. Was really, really fun. Haha. We also watched quite a few Disney movies. And, of course, Sweeney Todd. We went to Garden City with G as well(Kaleece was invited, but she ditched us =0). I think at one stage we were throwing stuffed animals at each other in Kmart... Sounds like something we'd too. Then it was off to Replay for some good times. Some weird 30 year old guy was hanging around, oddly watching us - which was kind of creepy.

Fiiiinally I stopped mooching off of brother on the Friday, and got a lift to Tess's place. I got there, put my bag down, and left 3 minutes later to go catch a bus to the city. We took Area 58 photos (bestest fun EVER) and went to Daily Planet where we found Kaleeceykins! Mwahaha, she could not escape the Bree. Also met :iconraspedratwilight:, who I hope didn't feel left out since I think I kind of stole Kaleece away a bit. I'm sorry! I didn't mean to!

So we went back to Area 58 and took some more pictures! yay!

Got back to Tess's at about 6.30 where we stayed up watching movies and talking. Had to get up at 8.30 the next morning which SUCKED. I then had to go to my great-uncles 90th which was totally RAVE (if you consider rave to be a bunch of weird family members stuffed inside a small Chinese restaurant). Sat through a bunch of speeches, and family members I don't remember coming up and talking about how they "remember me from when I was just a little kid". Lots of fun. At least the food was nice.

Theeeeen my sister and I stayed the night at a family friends place, who's kids are extremely hyperactive. So I got woken up by them jumping on me at 7.00am, which was great.

And finally was the car trip home. Wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Found the pocky I had bought at the city and forgotten about. That was pretty sweet. And probably the highlight of the trip, which is kind of sad.

So yeah, that's basically the whole trip without any of the details. Cause I'm lazy like that.
